Symposium on Quantum Rays

Website: https://quantumrays-2021. ieeebangalore.org/

IEEE Race for Quantum Rays (Q-Rays) symposium, is scheduled for 28 August 2021 from 4:00 pm (IST)

After the resounding success of the Cyber-Physical Systems Symposium, IEEE Bangalore Section organized a symposium of immense relevance on Quantum Communication and Networks “Race for Quantum Rays (Q-Rays)”, in collaboration with the Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology Department of Science (MeitY), Department of Science & Technology (DST),  and QET Council of India.

IEEE Bangalore Section well understands that Quantum computing is an emerging field that harnesses the laws of quantum mechanics to build powerful tools to process information. It has the potential to solve computational problems that are beyond the reach of classical computers and lead to new breakthroughs that can transform chemical engineering, material science, drug discovery, financial portfolio optimization, machine learning, and much more. In this regard, the one-day symposium Q-RAYS aims to provide insights into the communication facets towards the next generation transformative quantum technologies that include quantum computers and computing, quantum communication, quantum devices, quantum sensing, quantum materials, quantum clock, and so on. This symposium focuses on how to network quantum processors and quantum information for quantum control, deliver quantum-based networking solutions, and discuss the challenges and opportunities with quantum researchers, scientists, engineers, entrepreneurs, developers, students, practitioners, educators, and programmers.

The symposium is free to attend for all; however, registration is obligatory and the joining link would be shared only with those who register.

If you need any clarifications, please feel free to drop in an email to Mr. Bindhumadhava BS <chair@ieeebangalore.orgf or any queries related to this Symposium.
