IEEE BangaloRun, a 5K walkathon was conducted on the occasion of “World Environmental Day ”. ExeCom members of the IEEE Bangalore Section, students from various colleges, and the students of UVCE were present to spread the message of greenery.

The day began with a T-shirt distribution to all IEEE members who put their efforts to make this walkathon a success. Later the warm-up session was held followed by the walkathon through the route map provided around Cubbon Park. After the completion of the walkathon at 8.00 AM, breakfast was served to all the people who were part of the walkathon.  The event concluded with a group photo of all the IEEE members. Around 200 participants participated.
