Eligibility Criteria:
✅ Must be an IEEE student member affiliated with Bangalore Section
✅ Strong academic record and active participation in IEEE activities
✅ Demonstrated leadership and technical contributions
✅ Parental annual income must be less than ₹8 lakhs (as per the government-issued income certificate)
