We are excited to announce the PRAVARTANA Call for Outreach Program Proposals under IEEE Bangalore Section. This initiative aims to empower students and educators by bringing technical knowledge, innovation, and real-world applications to schools and colleges.

Why Does This Matter?

IEEE Bangalore Section is committed to fostering technical awareness, skill development, and STEAM education at various academic levels. By organizing an outreach program, your Student Branch can:

How It Works?

We invite Student Branches to submit proposals for outreach programs that will be conducted between April 1, 2025, and November 1, 2025.

What Should Your Proposal Include?

• Student Branch Name
• SB Counselor Name
• Email ID & Mobile Number
• Proposed Date of Outreach Program
• Outreach Location (School/College Name & District)
• Program Type: Technical / Other
• One-Page Proposal Upload (PDF) (Including Aim, Purpose, Expected Outcome)
• Estimated Number of Students Benefiting
• Sponsorship Details (if any)

Guidelines for Successful Execution

📌 Event Reporting:

• A detailed event report must be submitted to the Section within two weeks post-event.
  The event should be reported in IEEE vTools under the relevant category (K12, Pre-University, or Continued Education).

📌 Financial Support & Documentation:

• All bills must be submitted for reimbursement.
• Travel expenditures exceeding ₹2,000 will not be covered under the grant (subject to further discussion).
• Maximum funding support of ₹10,000 will be covered (subject to bills submitted and quality of event/report)

📌 Branding & Promotions:

• Proper usage of IEEE Bangalore Section logos in all materials is mandatory.
• Social media promotion of the event is strongly encouraged to showcase the impact.
